CATDA Football Club was founded in 2013 by Mr. Ndugga Musa as a fitness initiative among the Meat Packers of Lufula — the City Abattoir Traders Development Association. In 2017 the Lufula Boys resolved to play league football, rising from the Nakawa District League to four Kampala Region FA titles and, in 2024/25, promotion to the FUFA Big League. Home is Hamz Stadium, Nakivubo; headquarters remain at Kampala City Abattoir, Plot 1–3 Old Portbell Road.
